We are proud to launch the website of the ADSS North West Support Services Group, in association with Social Services North West.

Our first entries on this site are:

This will be followed shortly by a a page on benchmarking and later by a noticeboard on EFQM.

The ADSS North West Support Services Group meets every 6 weeks.  Our half day meetings have a workshop discussion focus and are attended by Senior Support Service Managers and sometimes key departmental staff who have an interest in the workshop's topic.

We are having 3 whole day workshops this year:-

* Performance Management - April 2001
* Financial Matters - June 2001
* Human Resources Issues - September 2001

These are open to a wider group of staff to stimulate debate and develop
regional action plans.
